Mr. Frank D. Prestia purchased his first investment property in 1991 and has been actively involved in the real estate market as an owner, investor, developer, landlord, broker, and owner of a real estate Investment Company and Real Estate brokerage. Frank graduated Summa Cum Laude (Highest Honors) and as Top Graduating Philosophy Major as an undergraduate and on the Real Property Law Society from St. John's University School of Law School in 1996. Frank has been published in the New York State Real Property Law Journal and is past President of his law school's Justinian Law Society Alumni Association.
